The customer service was very responsive and I was very happy regarding the replacement of the cable that stopped working. However, the new cable is problematic now. Unlike the one I had before, it takes ages for my devices to charge. I might have to ask for another replacement.

The charging cable just stopped working for no apparent reason. There was no visible damage, just would not charge the phone. Emailed customer service and they said they would replace the cable. I would just have to prove that it was faulty. I emailed a video of the cable not working but Native could not open it, They suggested another way with just a picture, which I did. Once they got the picture, they authorized the replacement and I received the new cable. Thanks

I had an issue with my current charger. It was sent right away once they saw that it didn’t work. Customer service team was friendly
