Exemplary service. Sent email with photos as had problem. The cable was 2 years old and had Lifetime Guarantee and I thought I would be fobbed off. Despite ongoing pandemic which so many others have utilised as excuse for bad customer service, Native Union did not. I received response within couple of days. They were quick, courteous and resolved issue immediately. So impressed. As far as I am concerned if you need a charging cable Native Union are the only company you should use.

Wow! Talk about presentation. With what I received in the mail, in terms of packaging, I could have been just as well opening a new Rolex. Fortunately, the case and cabling lived up to the expectations set by it's wrapping. Outstanding product and service. Well done N.U.!
