Customer Service-poor
I ordered a cell phone wallet case. It was the wrong size; mistake or theirs, is moot.
I called CS right away, told the man of the error and that I wanted to know the procedure for returning it.
He, of course, wanted to EXCHANGE rather than REFUND. I told him I preferred a refund.
He send he would email me the info on that. A month ago...I forgot about the fact that I NEVER received the refund/return info until I received this "satisfaction survey " in my email.
