Warranty replacement
Their normal warranty replacement website was down and so I was directed to an alternative website, which had poor instructions as to how to fill out the claim. It ended up that I had to contact customer service again to try and gain better instructions on how to fill out their form. The instructions they provided did not match up with how the website subject fields allowed you to fill out the claim. This resulted in me purchasing a brand new product. Knowing that what I filled out might lead to me being charged for a new product I sent in a follow-up email. Customer service was able to reverse my purchase and I was directed to the same alternative warranty replacement website where I attempted to fill out the claim again. However due to my concern that they would misunderstand that I was submitting a warranty claim replacement, I sent in another email along with photos of my damaged product to the customer service website. They ended sending me out a new case but not the holster clip that I needed. I had to re-write customer service and once again go onto the alternative replacement warranty website and send in photos. They responded in an email stating they did not have the product that I wanted replaced and asked me to send more photos. At the time, I was at work and could not send more photos. A few hours later, they send me another email stating they found the product that I was seeking replacement for. It was a large hassle but they eventually did send me the correct product.
