Ordered three vinyl albums. They were delivered quickly and packaged well.

Great packaging. Always being made aware of shipping/order status. Backorders handled well also. Carrier damaged corner of a record and that was replaced quickly and with no problems. Music Direct is a class act.

No problems with the ordering process from the initial submission of the order until product was to delivered to my house. Even Fed Ex accommodated my request that I had taped on my door. I left a large plastic bag to be placed over the box incase of rain, and the Fed Ex delivery person was kind enough to do so.

Item was well packed and shipped out fast.
