I am having concerns on the P65 cancer and reproductive warning on the box. Is your product safe for long usage?

Tracking has the item waiting to be received by postal service. This has been the message for days. No package yet. 10 days.... I know the holidays create slow downs but still ☹️

First time I used it the charger got so HOTTTT! Didnt feel safe.
