Not worth the hassle. Rail was mounted on backwards so the unit could not lock into place. Quality control is an issue. Had to buy a portable Lenovo external monitor which works great and as an added benefit has an IPS panel. Almost was out of an external display for an upcoming trip. They did refund me completely yet I’m out of pocket for the time and parking meter fee to return the product at my nearest fedex. This product could be greatly improved with an IPS panel, a usb c pass through feature as on my Lenovo ThinkVision but then take it further by increasing the brightness when power is plugged into the laptop. 2cents

The monitor stand is very unstable the monitor keeps falling down if you touch it.

My monitor is not working and i've reached out and nothing. I'm not happy with the monitor and the services

One broken screen Looks like a replacement screen. Different repacking. Very unhappy customer

The item was received damaged - I have filled out your on-line form 3 times ( with photos ) . No response - I have now been forced to contest the charge with my credit card company
