Didn’t even receive my monitors so I asked for a refund

So I didn't receive anything and there is no refund? Guess we need some legal procedure! Ridiculous!!

I purchased the TRIO MAX to have 3 screens and it was nightmare. The glue on the magnets is too weak to hold 3 screens. And then the clips to hold both screens wouldn't grip and fall off. Not only that, but the refund shipping now costs me $125!
