Customer service sucks

shipped fine but product didn't work after 2 weeks.

Very slow service recovery

Does not work at all. The Stand is not quality at all. It consistantly collapse each and every time and it almost cracked my screen. This is a horrible product made with cheap materials.

There is additional shipping charge after the product being delivered at door. The product is not perfect neither. Left screen cannot be extended seamlessly. Overpriced for defective product and horrible service.
