Mobile Pixels

The quality of the Origami Stand is very bad, my amazing monitor fall 3 times already after 1 month without using it and the stand arrive late because someone stole my package at home. After I receive the replacement the quality of the stand is so poor that I prefer to no use it.

Customer service never responded to any of my emails!

Shipping said 5-10 days (through DHL...). It's been 2 weeks and the last shipping update was 10 days ago. If I receive the item, I'll update my review, but so far, this has been a poor experience. I'm glad I didn't order anything super expensive on the site.

My review is not for my new Geminos because I never received it. First, the shipment status stated that it was canceled, an error they corrected. Afterwards, the shipment says delivered but never received. FedEx investigated and closed the case, but Mobile Pixel is hardly responsive. I’m not confident in their service through their response times, and I have yet to feel any urgency via customer service, and no refunds have been issued or received.
