When I received my product it was broken on the first day I plugged it up.

The customer service is non-existent and I've been obviously ripped off.

Customer support lacking big time.

Never received my item and haven’t heard a word dispute my many emails

My unit broke after falling on my desk from about 4 inches. The screen is cracked and I have not heard back from the support. The quality of the display is great, but the construction is very flimsy, which is not good for something that is supposed to be carried over a lot.
