Laptop won’t stay open

Shipping was so ridiculous...I was forced to purchase more. Very unethical!!!

Paid an extra $120 for Express Shipping but the express shipping is not express at all. Product Expected delivery was supposed to be last December 19 but up until now December 28, I still didn't have the product. Lack of coordination between supplier and shipper

The screen doesn’t stay put. The magnetic attachment doesn’t hold the screen well at all and when you pull the screen out the whole unit slides. The actual screen has very nice resolution but it just doesn’t attach well to the computer. Fighting to keep it on is not worth it.

The monitors arrived earlier than scheduled, but one monitor was damaged.
