Concept is great, screen resolution is great, slide concept is great. However, magnets are TOTALLY in every way inadequately strong for the screen to not be hanging off or falling off to the point of uselessness. Same with the origami stand which I figured would make me forget about the magnets. No - useless magnets on that too. If I were rating the screen alone and ability to easily share across screens this product is 5 stars. Mounting system is ZERO stars- perhaps minus stars it’s so bad.

The shipper notified me that the product was returned to the sender (Mobile Pixels). I reached out to your customer service but have not heard back.

Ii received my monitor at the beginning of July. I believed having a second monitor would be a great idea for work. I have since traveled twice and after the second use the screen almost fell. The magnets struggle to hold up the monitor just how others have said however, the glue placed on the laptop for the magnets came off and almost made my monitor fall on its screen. I created a support stand for the extra screen so it does not fall. So if you’re going to purchase it on sale, it’s not bad but it does feel a little flimsy. Paying full price is probably not worth it.

MAGNETS SUCK

The Duex is great and it shipped within like 2 days but one of the magnets aren’t sticking. I contacted customer service the next day and they were fast to respond and said that they would send me new stickers for the magnets but I still have received it yet and it’s been a week and a half already. I kind of expected that if the Duex was being shipped that fast, the stickers would be shipped just as fast
