Didn’t understand what parts were included, hence ordered an additional cord I didn’t need.

Screen is good -- kickstand as an extra piece sucks. Another thing to carry. "Help" chat took 90 minutes for someone to come on line but, once they did - A+

Okay came and looks great but did not come with the cords I needed for reference I have a basic pc. I had to order the cp port and hdmi cord separately

Customer service is horrible.

Flimsy, item came scratched and hard to pull out and use
