This is a very good product but a little too heavy with 2 screens, you have to install a support at the back and the wiring in my opinion should be under the screens near the laptop and not on the sides

Love Love Love.. so easy to set up and connect. Makes working away from my desk more efficient, no more split screens to try to get my work done. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that I’m having difficulty with the screen staying attached to my laptop, it keeps slipping off, however, I have contacted customer service (they were great) and they are sending me stronger adhesive.. hopefully that will resolve the issue.

My experience started out a little rough. I ordered 2 of the Trio Max (14”) models for my laptop. One of them was incredibly heavy so I didn’t attempt to add the second. I have the second screen to my fiancé. The day after I got the screens mine started to glitch (see video). I submitted an online form to return them. I got an email back the next day stating they would accept my return and refund my money EXCEPT for the cost of return shipping. I questioned why I should pay for return shipping when their product was defective. The customer service agent replied back saying that wouldn’t be fair so he put a not in my account stating. Or to charge me for the shipping. The agent also said that since requiring their customers to pay for shipping is part of their normal process I may still be charged for shipping but I could email the agent back and he would take care of it. I am waiting to see how this part pans out still. We looked at going with a different company but I decided to try again and ordered two Duex Plus (13.5”) screens. This time it was specifically for my and my fiancé. I have been working with these new screens for two full work days now and so far so good. I do like these better because they are lighter and fit a variety of different size laptops. It’s not super bulky. Assuming I dont have any technical issues with the new screens, I would recommend this company and the Duex Plus version.

Timely delivery

Nice extra monitor. No issue pulling out the screen or put it back. However the screen is small, hence resolution 1680 font will be too small. 1024 is ok to me. Wish there will be bigger one soon.
