The product is really good. The image quality it's outstanding and the installation was fairly easy. Excelent tool for work and computer use productivity. However during the installation it was somewhat difficult to install the magnets in perfect alignment, moreover one of the long magnets that are attached to the base got detached from it and I had to glue it back again with some super glue of my own. The weight of the screen is not ideal, though i know it's pretty difficult to reduce it more than it has already been reduced. It will be awesome if the weight is slightly reduced and if you can ditch the cord (or at least make it optional) and connect via other way (like airPlay of Apple)

The Trio is great, except that it doesn't turn on when I power up my laptop. I have to unplug it and plug it back in each time. After that, it works great and makes working remotely so much easier.

Website was fine, delivery was fast. It's a gift, so I can't comment on the product.

Overall a great product! Really happy with the quality and that I'm able to attach / remove super easily and use it with mutiple laptops. Two suggestions. The bottom clip attaching tge two monitors has a track for the clip to slide but the top does not. I lose about a half inch of my left/rear monitor that I vould regain if I could stagger how the two monitors attach. (pictures attached) Other suggestion is just to all a very minor lip to the ourside edge of the monitor to make it easier to grab. It also might be nice to have the ability to have one monitor plug into the other to draw power. Laptops are getting stingy with their ports. Minor suggestions, but truley a great product and I'm excited to have it for traveling!! 😊😊😊
