Since I ordered using paypal, the refund was provided immediately Coming to the actual order, it was very easy to order my ROG Phone II. The phone was sent through fedex and it also required a direct signature which is good. It was packed very cleanly and the box was sealed with a brand new phone inside. So Overall 5/5.

Asus ROG Strix Hero III I may have gotten it a day or two late, but they made up for it with a $150 gift pack and a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Game Code, Yes!!!!!! Great phone service too.
