I felt that purchasing experience was drama free. I wasn't expecting a confirmation process following the purchase. I appreciated the personal attention to ensure I hadn't made a mistake by purchasing a phone that wasn't supported by my mobile carrier. The confirmation process probably added an extra day because I wasn't expecting it and didn't have a phone on me to check (which was why I was ordering a phone), but I didn't mind it too much. It's almost always worth it to double check. Some may be ordering a phone because their's broke, so I think they could simply make the confirmation process faster by having it before clicking the confirm purchase button. It was also nice to receive free standard shipping, which took about a week including weekends from the date of purchase, which is very acceptable. The ASUS Zenphone 6 I ordered got here in pristine packaging, so I'm happy about it. Also, the no charge for sales tax was a plus, an advantage over purchasing from ASUS directly. I'd say 5 stars overall, but some may not want to have to confirm their order after purchase.

I ordered the ASUS ROG Phone 2 and it was set to release on Oct 28... Well, that's when I actually received it from Mobile Advance, nicely packaged and in perfect condition! Love their service.
