Great product, the customer service was fine. Website was super informative. They answered my calls and questions. Product is amazing and if I had to pass on any sort of criticism it would be that I wish package was shipped other than FedEx ground but other than that my experience was great! I play PUBG daily and at 60 fps the phone cpu and gpu run below 25% all the time.

i ordered the rog phone 3 on oct 31st and it came by nov 11,so not bad at all with that considering its a phone thats a high demand that even its own brand is out of stock of their own product, the packaging, they should add more bubble wrap in that cause its a thousand dollar phone so a little bit of cushioning means a lot to customers, my only concern is about returns which i hope is not a big problem with them just like how easy it is to return to amazon, but all in all, service and everything went well and i am very happy with my purchase

The website was pretty simple to navigate through and purchase my order. My package arrived in perfect condition with no harm to the product. The phone itself is so far the best one I've ever owned. Everything about it is so insanely fast compared to the Samsung Galaxy S9 I previously owned. I've tested some games on it which look and play amazingly well. It's been great as a general use phone, too. I think the only downside about it is it does not have an IP rating against dust and water so I'll need to be extra careful with it. Service on it has been pretty good so far since I switched to T-Mobile shortly after receiving it. I get 5G signals depending on where I am. I'd say this phone really is for gamers and enthusiasts in general so go for it if you can afford it and really want the power.
