Navigating the website was simple, shipping was quick and packaging was well made. The only downside was that I was unable to add my order number to my newly created account on their website in order to check on my order status.

I have to begin by saying that my overall experience was great!!! I purchased (pre-ordered) the Asus Rog Strix G17 (2021) and I do not regret going with Mobile Advance with for this purchase. I had gone to a few other suppliers to pre-order, because they had an earlier arrival date (at the time), but when it came time fir their shipment to arrive, it took 2-3 days for them to inform me that they had oversold their stock. I turned to Mobile Advance not only because they were one of the few suppliers left that had the option still available to pre-order, but also because their ETA of their stock was sooner than any other supplier I could find. Having gone through the terrible experience with the other suppliers, I called Mobile Advance the day the stock was scheduled to arrive to verify that it indeed was/would arrive on the estimated date, as well to ensure their stock was not oversold. When speaking with the representative, I was informed that the shipment was still planned to arrive, but had not yet due to the inclement weather across the US (which I completely understand because here, in Texas, we were instructed to only go out if it were completely necessary); with the delays, I called nearly everyday (due to the bitterness I had from the experience with other suppliers) and although I spoke with a different representative each time, they each were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. One thing I have to say about Mobile Advance is that they are one of the few online retailers that has the ability to accurately provide stock information due to the fact that there is an entirely separate section of the company that deals with their stock, which appears to be on top of things. I would definitely recommend Mobile Advance to anyone in the future, for their computer needs (pre-built systems and laptops). The site had a huge selection of devices to purchase from, even to pre-order, and has great customer experience.

The service provided by the customer support team at Mobile Advance always quickly updated me on the status of my order and assured me it would be due in time. After two delays I was able to get an estimate quickly and easily from their representatives and was on my way. The website is full of other products to choose from. The shipping was quick and provided tracking for my product which arrived on the day it was secheduled.

This gaming computer is amazing. The speed and graphics are second to none. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.
