Yes. Even though I am still waiting for my package from FedEx, its good to know that it is on its way.. MA has always replied to my emails and questions, during this epidemic as best as they could. the first company were I could get my hands on an item that was hard to get.. I have been waiting for 3-4 months to pre-order, where every other company was out of stock or couldn't answer my question. So here’s the thing...I had never heard of Mobile Advance previously. We were just looking all over for a Asus ROG Ryzen based RTX3070 Gaming Laptop and for those of you out there that have gone through this same endeavor, it’s sort of “unobtanium”, akin to trying to find a PS5 with lots of other folks vying for the same thing. Thus, I had spent weeks jumping around to the usual suspects (Best Buy, NewEgg, Amazon, Adorama, etc.) and always just missed in-stock PCs and finding back ordered items with no ETAs. No bueno. When I happened across Mobile Advance through a random google search and seemingly had one that would be available within a week or two of my order date, I did some obsessive research to make sure they were legit but when I saw they were typically well reviewed ( who knew?), I went for it. (I figured that if things went sideways, I’d be able to handle it via my credit card and move on). Suffice to say, my wildest expectations of a good experience were blown away. I mean seriously?!?! I was shocked to first get a surprise email letting me know that they located a PC at their distribution center and were shipping ahead of schedule. Then, shipping only took one day which was amazing! The PC arrived in perfect condition and I was grateful to Mobile Advance for going above and beyond. But wait, there’s more...after a few days, I got a personal email from a real live human being at MA about a week later noting that they saw my PC was delivered and wanted to see if I had any questions or needed any support?! I mean, who does that?? Super impressed! I haven’t had this good an experience with an e-tailer in a long time, and I will certainly go back to Mobile Advance if there is anything else I need. Just a stellar experience- I hope anyone reading this finds some comfort knowing that this company is a cut above the rest. Thanks Mobile Advance!

I check Republic of Gamers' official website every day just to see if ROG has announced the way to buy ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo SE 15. One day, I saw Mobile Advance from the list of online retailers on the official website of Republic of Gamers and clicked in with a mind set to give it a try. Among several online retailers in the same period, Mobile Advance is the only one that gives the fastest estimated delivery date( the end of March) . Other online retailers either do not have an expected delivery date or can ship at least at the end of May. The interface of Mobile Advance is very user-friendly and uses a variety of technologies to ensure the safety of transactions. What surprised me most was that my actual delivery date was two full weeks earlier than the estimated delivery date promised by Mobile Advance. Under the premise that there is a large shortage of chips around the world, it is commendable that Mobile Advance can meet orders on time or even in advance. My gaming laptop is shipped directly from the original factory, and the packaging ,accessories, and the gaming laptop itself are exactly the same as the unboxing video I saw on the YouTube. In general, I enjoy shopping on Mobile Advance very much. I will definitely recommend Mobile Advance to my friends.
