Looking for an ASUS computer is ridiculously hard, because you can never find them in stock on the ASUS website, and they are always upcharged by at least a few hundred dollars elsewhere. So I was overjoyed when I found this computer available for its actual MSRP (or at least the price ASUS was going to sell it for). I can say for a fact that every other place I wanted to buy this computer, it was at least a few hundred dollars extra for absolutely no reason. So to that end Mobile Advance really came through for me. The actual computer is a powerhouse too, the specs are really high, the battery life is more than great for a gaming computer, and I can't say I have any issues with this computer whatsoever. The only thing that will take getting used to is the mechanical keyboard. I have never really used one before, and I definitely have never had a laptop with a mechanical keyboard. But outside of that, the computer ticks nearly every box I was looking for, and hopefully it will continue to for at least the next few years!

Mobile Advance was able to promptly outreach me on two separate occasions regarding a laptop order. The first was to let me know MSI had the laptops on backorder and they would be unable to fulfil my order. They sent me a free loot box, even though they did not need to do this for a cancelled order. When I happened to find one in stock, I placed the order and received confirmation promptly. Due to the backorder before, I reached out to verify and received a response in less than 24 hours to verify the laptop had shipped. Everything was packed exceptionally.

Everything was good except when you are buying a product it doesnt apear the shipping estimate times so I had to email you guys and the time you took to answer was really too much (maybe 5 days)

Their website is easy to navigate and with a good variety of products. They shipped the product the same day of purchase and it came exactly as described. I will continue to shop with them for sure!
