The device was shipped and arrived a few days ahead of schedule and was packaged well. The laptop worked as expected (exceptionally well). Mobile Advance kept me appraised of the shipment throughout and followed up after it had arrived. I was very pleased with the experience overall. I did not have to contact their service and support during the process as it appeared seamless and went without a hitch, but I would presume it would be similarly well handled.
