Did not receive my item . Contacted support but did not hear back from them.

Complete and total scam. I ordered an ASUS ROG STRIX SCAR 18 Laptop and they sent me a box with a black disk, a backpack, and no laptop. Took them 5 days to respond to NUMEROUS calls, emails, and voice messages. When they finally abswered the phone, they refused to send me the item and told me to call my bank and run a chargeback. Do not buy from Mobile Advance. Complete scam.

They aren't helping md to get protection google glasses case. That is not fair to me.

Package shipped to wrong address, not mobile advances fault but it was FedEx fault. Then I opened my $1300 phone to find it non functioning. After further investigation the screen came with a small crack and prevents boot up of the phone. I have been unable to get a response from mobileadvance in a timely manner for a return or exchange. Feel like I'm getting the run around. I will have to elevate the situation through PayPal since I can't get a return label through email.
