When other stores had this new phone on backorder, MA had it ready to ship. Customer service was very helpful with any questions. Perfect experience other than shipping took a little longer than expected. I wouldn't hesitate to order from MA again.

It was the first time I bought from Mobile Advance. I wanted an Asus phone, and Asus online store is complicated to use, and B&H was in a holiday, so I decided to try here. The product got here alright, with all the original packaging sealed and all the accessories. However, it took a week to get here and it wasn't very well packed. In other stores I could get free shipping and receive the product in 2 days, with a well done package from FedEx.

First purchase went very smoothly. Only complaint was in shipping. Thank you

I bought an ASUS gaming laptop from MA, and returned it 3 different times. MA gave me 3 brand new replacement units each time, and even paid for the shipping to replace them. The problem however was from ASUS and not MA. For some reason they must have produce a large batch of bad laptops for the GM501GM model and I was the unlucky person who got suck with some of them. 4 stars because MA was very eager to work and fix the situation - took 1 star off because I had to return the laptop 3 times, and then ask for a refund. (Not MA's fault, but I mean when I buy something I want it to work. Especially if I switched it out 3 times) Overall MA is a great company thats trust worthy and cares about its customers!
