The items I ordered shipped the same day I purchased them online. And shipping was surprisingly quick.

I ordered 2 ROG snap back hats and never received them in the mail. I’m currently awaiting USPS to call me back with an answer to my case. They may have to file a claim. Other than that, i’ll still give you a 5 because prior to order them I called to see if they were in stock since the site read out of stock and the rep that assisted me was really nice. Hopefully I get either the hats or my money back. Thanks! And i’ll take the mouse pad or even another hat lol.

It said it was supposed to come on Saturday but it arrived Friday morning they're are super fast with shipping and they are an amazing company and provide great service!!
