Outstanding Service

I spent a lot of time looking at what heat presses are available now in Australia. Based on the info on the MIR-AUS website, I felt semi-confident ordering (70%?). That jumped to 90% when MIR-AUS instantly rang to confirm the order and go over details. The package weighed 60kg when it arrived, 10kg in custom packing materials. I used a block and tackle to raise the press to the bench. (I'm not that old and weak, but it's not like lifting a person.) The construction is very solid. I use a pro bigger press at work, and that's not as strong as this Enkel. The timer is great and on other presses can do auto close and pressure features. The press heats nicely (burned myself!), and it's easy to use. They included a transfer done on the press, which is very professional. I'm very pleased (and relieved). The press is excellent, and MIR-AUS is excellent.
