Good - I Don't really know yet.
I recently ordered Piezo Nano Chrome ink for my EPSON printer. What arrived was only marked as 'Pigment Ink - High Quality' with no mention of Piezo Nano Chrome. I bought this ink after reading the Korean manufacturers documentation about the inks light-fast qualities. There is NO reference on the bottles to Korea, the manufacturer, ISO quality control, nothing like I saw on the photos of the product on the website. I rang the office and spoke with a lady there who told me 'They are the right inks' I asked her how she knew (the manager was out of the office) she said she had asked the warehouse people. I asked for the manager to call me back, she said he would. I am still waiting to be contacted.
Anyway, I decided to open the refillable ink kit inks and use them anyway as I could tell this poor level of product management would probably not be fixed in any way. I have after a few days of work profiled my EPSON 1430 to the inks and on archival Canson ETCHING paper I am getting superb results. I just hope the inks are the Piezo Nano Chrome inks I actually ordered and meet the manufactures claimed 40 years light-fastness. Delivery was prompt. But I'm still waiting to hear back from management about the discrepancies between what I thought I was ordering and what was marked on the product I received.
