Prompt service and delivery

I received the refill kit fast excellent. Instructions were easy to follow excellent. But had a lot trouble getting the printer to except the tanks, I kept swapping between the old cartridges and new tanks and in the end it excepted the new tanks, I run some test sheet seams to work ok but when I run a status report it says there is only 1 percent of ink in chamber I will see how it goes.

Simple to use and probably should have used it earlier as it didn't solve the problem and I had to purchase a new printer.

The paper I ordered arrived in good time in good condition. Thank you. I have not used it yet, so there is little I can say about it at present.

Supplied as per order. So far so good. Time will tell if this substitute ink is as good as original HP ink.
