I have an Epson WF7620 A3 printer and am using the CIS tanks provided by MIR. Recently the yellow print head blocked and didn't respond to the normal printer based cleaning utility. The printer cleaning liquid pack supplied by MIR worked and now the yellow is printing again. It is good value as there is enough fluid to repeat this process again if the print heads become blocked again.

cant believe what a saviour this stuff is. I have 6 twin tray Epson printers that I've used for over 6 years and they all 'died' within months of each other. Clogged print heads! Was looking at 6 x 4300 or $400 to replace all these but I tried the cleaning solution and they are all literally a good as new now. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I've only just found the time to put the CISS system in my new Epson 245. So far it works very well and prints beautifully. I would like to see the instruction video on the website improved so that viewers can see exactly what the technician is doing and the instructions in the leaflet sent with the unit need to be a little more detailed as well, especially for those of us who are 'technologically challenged'. For example, the fact that the ink cartridges have to be pushed down until a click is heard (for each one) needs to be made quite clear and perhaps include a reminder that it takes quite a bit of strength to make that click happen!
