Support from NIR-AUS in regard to installing the ink system we purchased.
Hi, despite several contacts to MIR-AUS, the only reply contact I have received was from Mirail Esfah,,on the 26/05/2023, that requested our printer model to which we replied to, on the same Day. But we have had no further contact. Details of the problems have been provided in our reply to Mirali Esfah on the above date.
As we have all ways had good service form MIR-AUS and have just purchased the continuous ink system replacement for our brother printer, a reply to keep us up to date on how we can proceed to get your ink system operational, would be, appreciated.
