I highly recommend before installing find and use a print head cleaner/solution. My WF-7610 has been cranky for the last year (before getting the CISS). I didn't do the cleaning before installing. I ran the printer head nozzle clean like 10 times and Black came up the same way every time. Took the CISS carts out and cleaned the head with the solution, that helped. Make sure you read and watch the videos before installing. I was very happy with how easy it was!!!!
