All went smoothly, product delivery etc.

This was not the easiest thing to install in the XP-320. Mir-Aus provided required support over the phone. Once successfully installed, it has turned a marginal printer with inadequately sized ink cartridges into a serious printer. Colours are rich and deep and work well with plain paper. Ink is flowing well through the print head and the print quality is more reliable than it was achieving with the Epson cartridges installed.
