The only support provided seems to be a chat. I actually got more help using YouTube. It would be nice if you had tech support by phone.

We still haven't been able to get a parent account because my son scanned it first and there are no phone numbers to call to fix the issue

3 so far...going to try a suggestion to see if it helps to resolve our issues.

Did not deal with anyone individually

Poor customer service. The device stopped working after 4 months and we are haggling over getting it replaced.
