It's very easy to set time limits ie 2 hrs for specific applications/websites, daily limits, per household user, etc. Now with so much home schooling, etc, what would be an improvement would be able to set off times. So the kids can't access specific applications during specific times. IE No YouTube between 9 AM and 2 PM. Another improvement would be to set master values for applications so when you have to switch a user from kid to teen, the settings you had on one of those stick and don't have to be reset each time you swap filters.

Had to arrange to talk to a person. Thereafter, the discussion was very helpful and he was able to answer my questions. Very good support.

There may be better products that come along, or hopefully circle with provide upgrades that work better. The service so far has been adequate, and with everything all set up I believe we will continue to use it beyond the next year.
