Shipping was fast

Customer service was very good. Rebate was not initially applied to my order. Contacted customer service and received refund on my card, even before I received my order.

Actually had support rescue me from my own bad decision making. Most support teams can't see things from the customer's point of view but our rep was able to understand the whole issue even better than we did.

Had to return the product and the team was very understanding and helpful.

Had to call in for a couple of questions and you guys answered them promptly and more importantly with 100% accuracy.
