Owned the original MEATER and loved it. Only complaint was having to leave my phone next to the grill so I could monitor the cook from my iPad inside using the WiFi. This was solved with the MEATER + and base unit. Now it can just use the phone and keep it with me. Love the unit and would highly recommend it!

I liked it so much I bought one as a gift for another would be master griller.

No more asking "Wait, is that steak number 2? Or 4?" Clips are easily visible at all times and because that are punched, and never get difficult to read. This is important for me as I do a good bit of smoking on the grill. Thanks for an excellent and simple solution for the probe numbers!

This MEATER is fantastic! Since buying it several months ago, we have cooked fish, poultry, and beef, all of which have cooked to perfection due to our use of the MEATER. Prior to using the MEATER our dishes would frequently come out over cooked, especially the fish. That problem has been solved thanks to the MEATER
