great temperature probe

The Block connected to the home wifi is fantastic. I can maintain a constant watch on the cook as it progresses while I work on other things. It takes a bit of practice to get the placement, and program settings right. The time to go becomes much more accurate the closer it gets to done.

My smoker does not have a WiFi probe. Bought a meater. It works great. I can monitor my smoker temp and meat temp at the same time from my den.

The MEATER is just an outstanding product, makes cooking to correct temperature and tenderness a breeze. Well worth the investment.
