Shipping and service was outstanding just I had higher hopes for the product.

Had issue, customer service did not have a remedy.

The product is Exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, almost all the lights came bent out of shape. Some of the boxes were re-taped during shipping from UPS. We bent them back into shape the best we could. I'm hoping my customer doesn't complain too much when they see the final installation. There is a noticeable gap between the fixture and the ceiling.

I mean it would be cool if you wanted to make it good
