I'll start by saying that House of Marley is a brand I absolutely love, and I own several of your products, which are all excellent! This time, I purchased two pairs of wired earphones, but unfortunately, one of them is completely defective. ​My computer and phone often fail to detect them, forcing me to unplug and plug them back in multiple times just to get a connection. On top of that, the volume constantly fluctuates on its own, shifting from very loud to completely muted without me touching a thing. Unfortunately, I am really disappointed and have no idea what is wrong with this pair. ​
