It doesn't fit! The headphones are not adjustable! I sent an email a few days ago but haven't received a response yet. I'm very disappointed

Shipping was great, as was the order experience. But the product is probably faulty and I can't get customer service to answer. So in short - not happy with this.

Didn't get it yet! 9 business days passed and you still can't even tell me when I'll get it!
