Had to install off-center as my wall studs don’t straddle the center of my fireplace, but no other issues installing. The mount works well and looks great.

Installed over a fireplace. Heavy duty mount, well built. Gives you flexibility when watching movies or playing games. Fairly easy to install, comes almost fully assembled. Pricey but well worth the price. Easy to pull down or twist side to side. Really glad I found this mount. Shipping and delivery were great.
