Installed a 12 camera system five years ago. 1 interior camera stopped working and had to be replaced. Your website is easy to use and despite not being able to find the 2k replacement camera the 4k was almost plug and play.

A lot of details on the cameras and recorders. Made it easy to make my decision as to which system to purchase for our new home. Just waiting for construction completion to install (wires already run to mounting boxes).

Once the representative got what my problem was, they got me replacement set screws by courier. I guess there are not a lot of installers who lose the set screws. These are special screws and I could not find anyone else who had them. Thanks to Lorex for getting them to me as without them, you can't mount the cameras.

They knew exactly how to help me upgrade my current system and didn't try to upsell me!
