Rubbish still not had refund

Total garbage, sent it all back and purchased a HikVision system

Bought multiple cameras which don't connect to the wifi or seem to work properly. Disappointing as the reviews were great on these, wondering if it's a manufacturing issue straight out the box? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
