terrible only part order delivered when contacted no apology acted as if i was trying to con them had to jump through hoops many emails to sort out absolute shite service dont buy not worth it incase theres an issue

Bad service A month to arrive

I would absolutely love to review this product but I never actually received it. FedEx left the parcel on my front door step after offering me no options to redirect or leave in a safe place. I contacted Lorex almost three weeks ago about this and after doing some investigating they decided that the parcel had been ‘delivered’ and closed my ticket. Obviously upset by this, I phoned them and asked for the case to be reopened, they then emailed and said that the case had been sent back to the warehouse for a second review and I should hear back within 3 days. I never heard anything and they have since ignored my emails. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I would not buy another Lorex item ever again.

Useless warranty on a brand new product, unit did not work on delivery, 3 weeks on Lorex will not replace the unit????? They obviously do not comply with consumer law
