It doesn't always work. Container was almost empty. Not enough for me to buy for the the rest of the bathrooms or promote to friends & family.

Well we have had this product not very long and I put it on automatic and it’s not working I still have to manually use it.

1st one stop working so I just ordered a new one...hope this one last. It's a wonderful product when it works!

At least you sent a replacement unit, but that one doesn't work either.
