Service and shipping was great. I took a star off though, because I had an unused refill from the last "model" and was unhappy to find that I can't use it on the new, improved model.

Nice product. hard to bend to make it bstay in place.

Bought two of them they work nice very sturdy not cheaply made like other products. Love the functionality of it all with the auto and manual features and the scents as well.

I purchased 3 LooLoo’s and I am enjoying my purchase. The thing I’m dealing with is the light comes on but the spray doesn’t spray. I find myself pressing the bottom to activate the one unit that I purchased. Not sure why this is happening however, other than that it has been pretty good.
