I was given a LooLoo as a wedding gift (hey, it was super thoughtful and not something I would have ever known I'd want) and after using it for a few months, I went online to search for a refill. The customer service at this company is fantastic. I decided to also install LooLoo's at my airBnb properties and the guest really love them. My favorite scent (I've tried all 4) is LAVENDER. The night light is awesome...motion activated and just enough to see but not offend your sleepy eyes. There are numerous gadgets to improve loo time, but none so easy, convenient, and hassle-free as the simple, automatic LooLoo fragrance dispenser and night light. It's that thing you never knew you really wanted til you experience it. If you have kids or guests or if you ever use the loo yourself, the LooLoo is a winner. Do your loo and walk away without having to spray an overpowering air freshener or touch anything whatsoever.
