Great customer service

I was a bit upset at first because I wasn't exactly sure how it worked. I had a hard time getting it to spray on its own. I watched a YouTube video, and realized I did not have it bent properly. I also thought it was to "go off" when you sat down on the toilet. So, as you can see I was confused. Now that I have re-bent it, it works fine. I love it, and ordered 2 more fragrances for replacements.

Works great, all my friends want one.
