My Oops / PolyCase team to the rescue!
First time ordering something, and of course I mixed up the PN. Thankfully, the customer service and RMA team quickly jumped into action from my little 'chat message' after hours, about simply wanting to amend my order with the correct PN.
The next day - they were able to catch the 'shipped' order before it left, sort out my parallel order, and resolve my issue in short order. Amazing work and thank you for making it easy!
